Ludacris in Tanzania; Tone Loc Busted With AR-15 Rifle; Murs Gets With Dame Dash, Cuts Hair

Rapper Ludacris will head to Tanzania this month, in celebration of the 10th Annual Serengeti Fiesta. According to reports, Ludacris is set to perform at Leaders Club Grounds, in Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam. “All preparations are set for the event that will be the most outstanding than any other such event the whole of the East African region,” The Research and Development Director of Fiesta Ruge Mutahaba told local press. Luda is slated to perform in Tanzania on July 30th. Other international artists are slated to be added to the festival in the next two weeks.Arusha.
Rapper told Tone Loc pleaded not guilty to a felony domestic violence charge, after being arrested over Father's Day Weekend in June, during an altercation with the mother of his child. But the rapper, famous for his hit single's “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina,” is facing a much more serious charges, after police found an unregistered, Colt 45 AR–15 assault rifle in his possession. Tone Loc is now also facing a charge of possession of an unregistered assault rifle. The rapper born Anthony Smith, pled not guilty to the charges.
Rapper Murs has announced that he will be releasing a new album for Dame Dash's record label DD172/BLUROC. The new album is titled Love & Rockets, Volume 1: The Transformation. According to reps for Murs, the rapper recorded a number of tracks with veteran producer Ski Beatz, who has worked with artists like Jay-Z, Jay Electronica, Mos Def, Curren$y and others. In addition to the new album, Murs also has a new look. The California-based MC, who is responsible for the Paid Dues Festival, recently cut his signature dreadlocks
